Welcome to our new Coliving home; we continue to expand in the Bellaterra area, an idyllic place surrounded by gardens and nature, featuring a swimming pool, and just a 35-minute train ride from the center of Barcelona.
This Coliving house is conveniently located near the UAB and ESADE university campuses, as well as the Technology Park and Sant Cugat.
This house consists of 3 apartments, 2 private apartments and one shared 3 bedroom apartment for single use, and two adapted for couples or roommates, completely renovated and equipped with great care and attention.
The house is spacious; upon entering the main floor, you'll find the hallway with a wardrobe for your clothes, leading to a large and completely exterior main living room with spacious windows and air conditioning throughout. Connected to the living room, there's a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all the utensils for cooking and dining.
The house has air conditioning in the living room for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, there's a common restroom for the colivers.
