These are studio apartments for rent, with capacity for up to 2 people. They have a room with a double bed that can be closed through a sliding door, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of outside light as the building is a corner and the apartments have many exterior windows, some even with balconies.
This is the perfect place for students, young professionals and digital nomads who want to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay close to everything and experience the vibrant Barcelona to the fullest in a community building with like-minded people.
The rental price includes:
-2 monthly maintenance cleaning services.

The deposit is mandatory and varies depending on the length of the stay:
-For stays of less than 6 months = 1.5 months deposit.
-For stays of 6 months or more = 2 months deposit.
There is a mandatory final cleaning fee for the apartment depending on the length of the stay:
-For contracts of less than 6 months = €175
-For contracts of 6 months or more = €275
The reservation of these apartments has a Booking Fee depending on the length of the stay:
-From 1 to 3 months stay: 25% of the total stay + VAT (21%)
-From 4 to 5 months stay: 20% of the total stay + VAT (21%)
-Stays of 6 months or more: One month's rent + VAT (21%).
